The Meigs County Department of Job and Family Services (MCDJFS) includes programs such as Public Assistance, Child Support (CSEA), Workforce Development/One Stop Jobs, Child Care Assistance and Children Services (PCSA). 

We offer programs and services to people of all backgrounds and ages, and encourage you to learn more about how our programs may be able to help you.

As a quadruple combined agency, we will hold ourselves responsible in providing for the basic needs of the disadvantaged residents of  Meigs County and to assist them in becoming self sufficient. We will use the collaboration of all our available resources to attain these goals.

Latest News

The Meigs County Workforce Development Office, along with the One Stop offices in Athens and Perry counties, will host a Job Fair on Wednesday, April 18 at the Athens Community Center in Athens. All area residents are invited to attend this event, which regularly draws employers from a wide range of industries around the region.

The Job Fair will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 2 p.m.  For more information, call
