Family and Children First Coordinator
Markets, monitors, develops, implements and evaluates countywide service coordination, plans, programs, and contracts including analyzing & interpreting local, federal, and state requirements to ensure compliance by providing technical assistance, chart reviews, customer/family satisfaction surveys, systems reviews and tracking goals vs. actual performance achievements. Monitors and directs implementation of FCFC regulations, program policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and provides administrative direction including evaluation of service coordination plans and programs.
Responsible for ensuring program accountability by monitoring, assisting with development and evaluating FCFC and programs’ budgets and monitors all aspects of fiscal compliance. Prepares financial reports as required by Council.
Assists FCFC directors in designing overall council policy; advise Council on program development/implementation by evaluating and analyzing current policy, procedures, plans and programs and recommends revisions; reviews and suggests changes to policy, procedures, and programs.
Conducts management program staff meetings, coordinates quarterly FCFC meetings and represents Council at various meetings and conferences to communicate and clarify policies and/or exchange information to resolve concerns and problems; acts as liaison with community, state, and federal officials and representatives; speaks before various groups; attends seminars and conferences.
Performs other duties as required.
A bachelor’s degree in human/social services or related field is preferred, but not required. Salary is commensurate with education and/or experience.
