Meigs County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking proposals from qualified organizations, agencies, or individuals to provide routine fleet vehicle cleaning, wash, and wax detail services for agency vehicles. Meigs County currently has eight SUV’s that would require routine services, the pick-up truck and one Ford Transit Van that would need services on an as needed basis. Proposal must demonstrate capacity to meet the requested services, as outline in the Request for Proposal (RFP). This contract shall be for the period of January 15, 2026 – December 31, 2026. The Request for Proposal (RFP) which details the scope of services requested, the desired minimum qualifications of proposers, submission guidelines, the evaluation criteria, and other related items may be obtained by contacting Kevin Dugan, 175 Race Street, P.O Box 191, Middleport, Ohio 45760, (740) 444-7619. Proposals must be submitted no later than Friday, January 9, 2026, by 4:00 pm. Meigs County Department of Job and Family Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
